Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Magic Pocket and Magic Pocket Pro.

Agreement

By downloading or using Magic Pocket you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which licenses the app to you. Where the two differ, Apple’s agreement applies.

Your things

What you save in Magic Pocket belongs to you. It is stored on your devices and, if you use iCloud, in your iCloud account. We never have a copy, so we cannot recover it for you. Keep your own backup of anything important.

Free use and Magic Pocket Pro

• Magic Pocket is free to use with up to 10 saved items. Everything you save stays usable, whatever you decide.
• Magic Pocket Pro lets you save as many items as you like. It is a one-time purchase at the price shown in the app before you buy. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in to the same Apple Account; use Restore Purchases on another device.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
• Prices can differ by country.

Using the app

Use Magic Pocket only for lawful purposes, and don’t copy, modify or reverse engineer it.

Automated features

Magic Pocket reads text, finds details, names and files things, and understands voice automatically. These features can make mistakes, so check important details, such as an ID number or a date, against the original before relying on them.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always in the app and on our website.
